Overview
L9110S-MS is an integrated motor driver solution for consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The device is capable of driving one DC brushless motor, consisting of an internal charge pump to generate the required gate drive voltage and four power NMOS transistors forming an H-bridge driver, with integrated forward/reverse/stop/brake four-function motor control. L9110S-MS supports a maximum operating voltage of 12.0V, continuous current of 1.2A, and peak current of 2.0A. In addition, it integrates protection features including over-temperature protection and under-voltage lockout. L9110S-MS features a PWM (INA/INB) input interface, compatible with industry-standard devices.
