Overview
L9110 is a dual-channel push-pull power amplifier IC specifically designed for motor control and driving. It integrates discrete circuits into a single-chip IC, simplifying peripheral components while significantly improving reliability and reducing overall system cost. The chip features two input ports compatible with TTL/CMOS logic levels, offering excellent noise immunity. Its two output channels can directly drive motors in both forward and reverse directions, with strong current drive capability — each channel supports 800mA continuous current and up to 1.5A peak current — along with low output saturation voltage drop. Built-in clamp diodes dissipate reverse surge currents from inductive loads, making it safe and reliable for driving relays, DC motors, stepper motors, or switching power transistors.
