L9110SM/TR

The L9110S is a dual-channel push-pull power amplifier IC designed for motor control and drive applications. By integrating discrete circuits into a single-chip IC, it reduces peripheral component costs and improves overall system reliability. The chip's inputs are compatible with TTL/CMOS logic levels, offering good noise immunity. The two output channels can directly drive a motor in both forward and reverse directions with high current drive capability — each channel supports a continuous current of 800mA with a peak current capability of up to 1.5A. Built-in clamping diodes dissipate reverse surge currents from inductive loads, ensuring safe and reliable operation when driving relays, DC motors, stepper motors, or switching power transistors. An integrated thermal shutdown protection module monitors the chip's PN junction temperature and shuts down all circuit functions when the temperature exceeds the designed threshold. The L9110S is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including toy car motor drives, stepper motor drives, and switching power transistor circuits.
