LDQ40PU18RY

The LDQ40 is a high-accuracy voltage regulator capable of delivering 250 mA. It is available in SOT23 5L and DFN 2x2 6L packages for maximum space savings. The device is stabilized using a small ceramic capacitor at the output. Its low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and short-circuit protection make the LDQ40 well suited for low-power battery-powered applications. An enable logic control function allows the LDQ40 to enter shutdown mode, reducing total current consumption to below 0.3 μA, and the device also features thermal protection.
