Overview
LKS571 is an IC designed to drive MOS/IGBT gates, featuring both a high-side drive output and a low-side drive output, capable of simultaneously driving two MOS/IGBT devices. The high-side device achieves voltage boosting via floating pins, with a maximum voltage rating of +250V. Input signals are compatible with CMOS and LSTTL logic levels.
