LM2104DR

LM2104 is a compact high-voltage gate driver designed to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. The IN pin enables use in single PWM input applications, and the SD pin allows the controller to shut down the driver outputs when the SD pin is low, regardless of the IN pin state. Fixed dead time and the ability to handle -1V DC and -19.5V transient negative voltages on the SH pin improve system robustness in high-noise applications. The LM2104 is available in an 8-pin SOIC package with a pin-compatible, industry-standard pinout. UVLO is provided on both the low-side and high-side supply rails to protect during power-up and power-down.
