Overview
The LM293 consists of two independent voltage comparators designed for single-supply operation over a wide voltage range. It can also operate from dual supplies, with current consumption independent of supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement wired-AND functions. The device can operate from a standard 5V supply in digital systems without requiring additional power supplies.
