Overview
LM239/LM339 consists of four independent comparators internally. The circuit can operate from a wide voltage range single supply, and also supports dual supply operation. In dual supply mode, the voltage difference between the two supplies ranges from 2V to 18V, with VCC at least 1.5V above the input common-mode voltage. Quiescent current consumption is independent of supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to the open-collector outputs of other devices to achieve a wired-AND configuration. The LM239/LM339 single-supply operating voltage range is 2V to 36V.
