LM397DBVRG

The LM397 is a single voltage comparator with an input common-mode range that includes ground. The device is designed to operate from a single 5 V to 30 V supply or split supplies, with low supply current that is nearly independent of supply voltage. The LM397 features an open-collector output stage, allowing an external resistor to be connected at the output. By connecting the resistor to different voltage levels (level shifter), the output can interface directly with TTL, CMOS, and other logic levels. The LM397 is available in a space-saving 5-pin SOT-23 package and is pin-compatible with the single differential comparator TL331.
