LM4871-TD

The LM4871 is a 3W mono Class AB audio power amplifier with an operating voltage range of 2.5–5.5 V. Using a BTL bridge configuration, it delivers an average output power of 3.0 W into a 4 Ω load with THD less than 10% from a 5 V supply. Typical shutdown current is less than 0.5 μA. Designed to provide ample power and high-fidelity audio output, the device requires minimal external components and eliminates the need for output coupling capacitors or bootstrap capacitors. Available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages to help minimize board area, it is well suited for mobile phones and other portable devices employing low-voltage, low-power solutions.
