Overview
The LP3982H series are high-performance low-dropout (LDO) regulators featuring high PSRR, fast transient response, high accuracy, and low output noise. Fabricated using an advanced CMOS process, these devices are suitable for a wide range of regulated power supply applications requiring up to 300mA load current. The series offers standard fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V. The devices remain stable with ceramic output capacitors ranging from 1.0μF to 10μF. Current limiting protects against short circuits, and thermal overload protection prevents overheating. The devices are available in standard DFN-4 (1mm×1mm) and SOT23-5 packages.
