The LP3982S series are high-performance low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators featuring high power supply rejection ratio, fast transient response, high accuracy, and low output noise. Built on advanced CMOS process technology, the series is suitable for a wide range of regulated power supply applications requiring load currents up to 300mA. The series offers standard fixed output voltages of 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V. The devices remain stable with ceramic output capacitors in the range of 1.0μF to 10μF. Current limiting provides short-circuit protection, and thermal overload protection prevents overheating. The devices are available in standard DFN-4 (1mm×1mm) and SOT23-5 packages.
