Overview
The LP3990-Q1 regulator features precise output voltage, low noise, and low quiescent current, designed to meet the requirements of portable battery-powered systems. The LP3990-Q1 delivers a 0.8V output from a 2V input voltage at load currents up to 150mA. When switched to shutdown mode via a logic signal on the enable pin (EN), device power consumption is reduced to near zero. The LP3990-Q1 remains stable with space-saving ceramic capacitors with values as low as 1μF. This device is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
