Overview

The LTC324H quad amplifier uses proprietary technology to provide input offset voltage correction for positive low input offset voltage (2.5 mV maximum) and temperature drift (1 μV/°C). This amplifier family features rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (375 μA total typical), combined with 1.2 MHz wide bandwidth and low noise (30 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), making it ideal for a wide range of battery-powered applications such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and portable medical devices. Low input bias current enables use of these amplifiers in applications with megaohm-level source impedances. The robust design of the LTC324H amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stable with capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). The LTC324H amplifiers are optimized for operation over a voltage range of +1.8 V (±0.9 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) and a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, and can operate over a voltage range of +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The quad LTC324H is available in SOIC-14L and TSSOP-14L packages.
