Overview
LTC7001 is a fast, high-side N-channel MOSFET gate driver capable of operating at input voltages up to 250V. The device employs a charge architecture that fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, allowing it to remain on indefinitely. Its robust driver delivers extremely short transition times, enabling easy driving of large gate capacitances — making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications or static switching applications requiring fast turn-on and/or turn-off times. The LTC7001 is available in an SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
