Overview
A dedicated motor driver IC for small motor driving applications, featuring an H-bridge circuit architecture with built-in P/N MOSFET power switches. It supports four control modes: forward rotation, reverse rotation, braking, and standby. The IC integrates dual H-bridge drivers capable of driving two DC brushed motors or one stepper motor. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2V~7V. Under conditions of ambient temperature 27℃ and VDD=7V, it can deliver up to 1.5A continuous current to motor loads, with a maximum peak current of 2.5A. An integrated over-temperature protection circuit shuts down the power switches when the junction temperature exceeds 150℃ (typical), and resumes operation once the junction temperature drops to 130℃, preventing damage from overheating.
