This is an EEPROM device with I²C interface, available in multiple package options including PDIP8 (BN), TSSOP8 (DW, 169 mil wide), SO8 (MN, 150 mil wide), UFDFPN8 (MC, DFN8-2×3 mm), UFDFPN5 (MH, DFN5-1.7×1.4 mm), WLCSP (CU), and uncut wafer.
