MAE0621A-Q3C and MAE0621A-Q3I are single-port Gigabit Ethernet transceivers integrating PHY and MAC layer functions, supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps data rates. These devices employ advanced DSP technology and analog front-end design to deliver reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over standard CAT-5e or higher-grade twisted-pair cables. They support RGMII interface for MAC layer communication and include an MDIO management interface for configuration and status monitoring. The transceivers feature auto-negotiation, automatic polarity correction, and crossover detection, simplifying network deployment. Their low-power design suits energy-efficiency-sensitive applications, with integrated internal voltage regulators to minimize external component count.
