Overview
MAX232ESE is a dual driver/receiver compliant with the RS-232 standard, operating from a single power supply. The transmitter's bipolar output voltages are generated by an internal charge pump voltage doubler, requiring only four external 1.0μF capacitors. This device is designed for modern high-performance computing systems and high-speed electronic equipment requiring highly reliable data exchange between remote nodes. Input voltage levels are compatible with standard CMOS and TTL levels.
