MCP1700T-1502E/TT(MS)

The MCP1700T-XX02E/TT(MS) series is a family of low dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and a compact package. With a quiescent current as low as 2uA, the MCP1700T-XX02E/TT(MS) is particularly well-suited for battery-powered and long-term standby applications, helping to reduce system standby power consumption and effectively extend standby time and battery life. The MCP1700T-XX02E/TT(MS) is available in a version with an EN enable pin; pulling the EN pin low activates shutdown mode, in which the quiescent current drops to as low as 100nA (typical). The MCP1700T-XX02E/TT(MS) series supports ceramic output capacitors and operates stably across the full 1.2V to 5.5V input voltage range and the entire output load current range of 0mA to 300mA.
