Overview
ME2188 is a series of PFM synchronous boost DC-DC converter ICs featuring high conversion efficiency, low power consumption, and high operating frequency. The IC employs a PFM control circuit that automatically adjusts the duty cycle based on load current, delivering low ripple, high efficiency, and a wide output voltage range across the product series. The integrated synchronous switches and low quiescent current effectively improve DC-DC conversion efficiency and extend device operating life. With only three external components, the IC can boost a low input battery voltage up to the required operating voltage.
