Overview
MG6206 is a CMOS voltage regulator featuring high ripple rejection, low quiescent current, low dropout voltage, and short-circuit protection. With a quiescent current as low as 2.5μA at no load, it delivers 300mA output current at minimal input-to-output voltage differential while maintaining excellent regulation performance, making it ideal for battery-powered products and small home appliances. The device retains all common LDO features, including a low-dropout PMOS pass element, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown.
