Overview
The MIC29302 is a high-current, high-accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulator. This regulator features a dropout voltage of 300mV to 370mV (at full load) and extremely low ground current. Designed for high-current loads, the device is also suitable for low-current systems with stringent dropout requirements, where its minimal dropout voltage and ground current are key characteristics. The MIC29302 provides comprehensive protection against overcurrent faults, input polarity reversal, pin reversal, over-temperature operation, and positive/negative transient voltage spikes. If ON/OFF control is not required, the ENABLE pin can be connected to VIN. The device is available in a TO263-5L package.
