Overview
MS2849 is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC designed for applications such as toy motor driving, automatic valve motor driving, and electromagnetic door lock driving. It features two logic input terminals for controlling forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. In addition, it integrates built-in diodes to dissipate reverse surge current generated by inductive loads. The MS2849 is available in an SOP-8 package, complies with RoHS standards, and the lead frame is 100% lead-free.
