Overview
MS7888 is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC suitable for toy motor drive, automatic valve motor drive, electromagnetic door lock drive, and similar applications. The device features excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. Internally integrated diodes provide freewheeling protection against reverse kickback current from inductive loads. The device is available in an SOP-8 package, is RoHS compliant, and features a 100% lead-free lead frame.
