Overview
The MS8837 is a DC motor driver IC that provides an integrated motor drive solution for cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The output driver stage consists of N-channel DMOS transistors with a built-in charge pump to generate the required gate voltage. The MS8837 delivers output current up to 1A, operating with a motor supply voltage of 1.8~12V and a logic supply voltage of 2V~7V. The MS8837 features a PWM (IN/IN) input interface compatible with industry-standard devices, along with protection functions including undervoltage protection and over-temperature protection.
