MS90C386B

The MS90C386 converts 4-channel LVDS signals into 28-bit TTL data. The clock channel and data channels are input in parallel. At a clock frequency of 175MHz, 24-bit RGB data, 3-bit LCD timing data, and 1-bit control data are transmitted at 1225Mbps per LVDS data channel. At an input clock frequency of 175MHz, the data transfer rate is 612.5Mbytes/sec. Paired with the MS90C385, this chip is an ideal solution for addressing EMI and cable length issues associated with high-bandwidth, high-speed TTL signal interfaces.
