MSTPS7A20xxPDQNR is a low-I0, low-dropout linear regulator with a 300mA drive current. The device features <0.1μA shutdown current and 0.8μA quiescent current under light-load conditions, delivering excellent power consumption performance for portable devices. It provides an output voltage range of 0.8~3.6V for a wide variety of applications, with integrated thermal shutdown and current-limiting protection.
