Overview
- MX115 is an ASIC designed for controlling and driving bidirectional motors. The input is TTL/CMOS compatible with excellent noise immunity; the internal logic control circuit enables forward rotation, reverse rotation, and braking of bidirectional motors; - The power transistors support a continuous current with a typical value of 100mA; - Built-in clamp diodes dissipate reverse surge current from inductive loads; - SOT23-6 small form factor package, suitable for space-constrained applications.
