Overview
MX1603-MS is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC suitable for toy motor drives, automatic valve motor drives, electromagnetic door lock drives, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals to control motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. Additionally, it incorporates built-in diodes to dissipate reverse surge current from inductive loads. The MX1603-MS comes in a SOP-8 package, complies with RoHS standards, and features a 100% lead-free lead frame.
