MX2802LL

This circuit provides an integrated drive solution for low-voltage relays, low-voltage solenoid valves, and other motion control applications powered by low voltage. The circuit integrates four NMOS power transistors with ground-referenced conduction, capable of driving stepper motors, four-channel low-voltage solenoid valves, or relays. The circuit integrates high-reliability power switches with a VCC operating voltage range of 1 V ~ 7 V. All four internal channels are identical and fully independent, each designed with current drive capability — continuous current per channel is 300 mA with a peak current of 600 mA. The input signals are physically isolated from the internal VCC, allowing normal operation regardless of whether the input signal voltage is higher or lower than VCC. The input signal high-level voltage range is 2 V ~ 5 V.
