NCP189 is a 0.5A LDO regulator of the latest generation featuring high PSRR, low noise, low dropout, and a power-good open-drain output. The device is designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analog circuits, offering the capability to regulate output voltage down to 0.6V while providing low noise, high PSRR, and low quiescent current. The device also delivers excellent load/line transient response. The NCP189 is designed to work with 4.7μF input and output ceramic capacitors. It is available in the industry-standard WDFNW6 0.65P, 2mm × 2mm package.
