Overview

The NCS2211 is a 3W mono Class AB audio power amplifier operating over a supply voltage range of 1.9–5.5V. The device uses a BTL bridge configuration and can deliver an average output power of 3.0W into a 4Ω load with less than 10% THD at a 5V supply. In shutdown mode, the typical current consumption is less than 0.5μA. The amplifier is designed to deliver adequate power and high-fidelity audio output with minimal external components, requiring no output coupling capacitors or bootstrap capacitors. Available in SOP-8 and DFN-8 packages to help save board space, it is ideal for mobile phones and other portable devices utilizing low-voltage, low-power solutions.
