NS4263B

The NS4263B is a 3W stereo audio power amplifier featuring Class AB/Class D operating mode switching, ultra-low EMI, and filterless design. When a headphone plug is inserted into the jack, the audio power amplifier drives stereo headphones in single-ended mode. A single control pin switches the chip between Class AB and Class D operating modes to suit different application environments. Even in Class D mode, the NS4263B employs advanced technology to significantly reduce EMI across the full bandwidth, minimizing interference with other components. To simplify audio system design, both the BTL speaker amplifier mode and the single-ended stereo headphone amplifier mode are integrated on a single chip. The NS4263B's filterless PWM modulation architecture and built-in feedback resistors reduce external component count, PCB area, and system cost. The NS4263B features built-in overcurrent protection and undervoltage protection to effectively safeguard the chip against damage under abnormal operating conditions. The NS4263B is available in a standard SOP16 package.
