Overview
NSG0462UQ is a three-phase high-speed power MOSFET driver with 6 channels, supporting a maximum operating voltage of 40V. A high-low voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Logic-compatible CMOS or LSTTL outputs support logic inputs as low as 3.3V. Additionally, a built-in dead-time function prevents high-side shoot-through. NSG0462UQ provides a 10V gate supply voltage for both PMOS and NMOS outputs. To simplify PCB design, an integrated 5V/40mA LDO is included to power the MCU or other devices. For safety, NSG0462UQ also features integrated thermal shutdown protection.
