Overview
The NSG0462UQ is a three-phase high-speed power MOSFET driver with 6 channels and a maximum operating voltage of 40V. It employs a high-low voltage compatible process, enabling monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Logic compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with logic input voltage as low as 3.3V. In addition, a built-in dead-time function is incorporated to prevent high-side shoot-through. The NSG0462UQ provides a 10V gate supply voltage for both PMOS and NMOS outputs. To simplify PCB design, a 5V/40mA LDO is integrated into the NSG0462UQ to supply power to an MCU or other devices.
