Overview
The NSG0761 is an integrated device combining a 12V LDO regulator, a 5V LDO regulator, and a three-phase high-voltage power gate driver capable of simultaneously driving the gates of both high-side and low-side MOSFETs or IGBT power transistors. Its floating channel drive design supports bus voltages up to 70V. The device features strong output drive capability, providing 1A source current and 1.5A sink current. Integrated shoot-through protection and dead-time circuitry prevent simultaneous conduction of both power transistors, thereby reducing switching losses. The UVLO function ensures both driver outputs remain low when the supply voltage is insufficient. The integrated 12V LDO regulator steps down input voltages up to 70V to a 12V VCC, supplying power to the gate drive circuitry. Additionally, the integrated 5V LDO regulator steps VCC down to 5V to power the microcontroller, optimizing the peripheral circuit design.
