Overview
NSG0761 is an integrated chip featuring a 12V LDO, a 5V LDO, and a three-phase high-voltage power gate driver capable of simultaneously driving the gates of both high-side and low-side MOSFETs or IGBTs. The floating channel drive design supports bus voltages up to 70V. The chip delivers high drive capability with output source/sink currents up to 1A/1.5A. An internal shoot-through prevention and dead-time circuit prevents both transistors from conducting simultaneously, reducing switching losses. The UVLO function ensures both driver outputs remain low when the supply voltage is below the threshold. In addition, the integrated 12V LDO converts high voltage (up to 70V) to VCC (12V) for powering the gate drive circuit, while the integrated 5V LDO steps down VCC to 5V for MCU power supply, simplifying the peripheral circuit design.
