Overview
NSG2000 is a fast high-side N-channel MOSFET gate driver operating at input voltages up to 250V. The device employs a charge architecture that provides full enhancement of an external N-channel MOSFET switch, enabling it to remain in conduction indefinitely. Its robust driver can easily drive large gate capacitances with very short transition times, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications or static switching applications requiring fast turn-on and/or turn-off times. The NSG2000 is available in an SOP8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
