Overview
The NSG2000 is a fast, high-side N-channel MOSFET gate driver operating with input voltages up to 250V. The device implements a charge pump architecture responsible for fully enhancing an external N-channel MOSFET switch, enabling it to remain on indefinitely. Its robust driver can easily drive large gate capacitances with very short transition times, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications or static switching applications requiring fast turn-on and/or turn-off times. The NSG2000 is available in an SOP8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
