Overview
The NSG2065 is a three-phase high-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT gate driver capable of simultaneously driving the gates of both high-side and low-side power transistors. The floating channel drive design supports bus voltages up to 250V. The NSG2065 outputs deliver high drive capability with source/sink currents up to 1.2A/1.5A. Its wide operating voltage range allows independent optimization of both high-side and low-side gate drive voltages for maximum drive efficiency. Internal shoot-through prevention and dead-time circuitry prevent simultaneous conduction of both transistors, further reducing switching losses. The NSG2065's UVLO function ensures both driver outputs remain low when the supply voltage is insufficient. The NSG2065 integrates bootstrap diodes to minimize external peripheral components.
