NSG2113N

NSG2113N is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC, fabricated using a process compatible with both high and low voltages, enabling monolithic integration of high- and low-side gate drive circuits. It features independent high- and low-side propagation channels, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The outputs provide high-current pulse capability, and the floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 700V. NSG2113N integrates internal high- and low-side shutdown logic for on/off control under fault conditions. The device is available in a SOP16 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
