Overview
High-voltage, high-speed single-channel high-side MOSFET/IGBT gate driver IC with overcurrent detection. Integrates the high-side gate drive circuit in a single chip using a high-voltage/low-voltage compatible process, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. Features a built-in high-side overcurrent protection circuit that shuts down the output upon detecting an overcurrent condition, while simultaneously signaling a fault via an open-drain FAULT pin. The floating channel supports driving high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum operating voltage of +300V. Available in SOIC8 package, operating temperature range: -40℃ ~ 125℃.
