Overview
NSG2153D is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET self-oscillating half-bridge driver IC. Its floating channel supports driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 600V. The built-in 1.1μs dead-time circuit effectively prevents shoot-through of the high-side and low-side power switches. An integrated bootstrap circuit simplifies the peripheral circuitry. Offered in an SOP8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
