Overview
NSG21834 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver series IC with two non-independent propagation channels. It integrates protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and shoot-through lockout. The device features high-current pulse output capability, logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs as low as 3.3V, a maximum output current of 4A, and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
