Overview
NSG21851 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high-side gate driver IC. It integrates high-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection circuits, featuring high-current pulse output capability. The logic input level is compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output current capability is up to 4A, and the floating channel maximum operating voltage reaches 700V. It can be used to drive N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and other devices.
