Overview
NSG21851 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high-side gate driver IC. It integrates high-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection circuits internally, with high-current pulse output capability. The logic input is compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output current capability reaches up to 4A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. It can be used to drive N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and other devices.
