Overview
The NSG21864 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver series IC featuring two independent transmission channels with isolated logic ground and power ground, effectively reducing power-stage noise interference on logic circuits. The device integrates internal protection circuits including high- and low-side UVLO and overvoltage clamp circuits, with high-current pulse output capability. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V, with a maximum output current of 4A and a floating-channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
