Overview
NSG21867 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver with two independent output channels. It integrates high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection circuits. It features high-current pulse output capability, with logic input levels compatible down to 3.3V CMOS or LSTTL logic, peak output current up to 4A, and a floating channel maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar devices.
