Overview
NSG2203S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The device is fabricated using a high-voltage compatible process that allows integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. The logic input thresholds are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The output stage features high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention deadtime logic. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of +250V. The device is available in an SOP8 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
